Yes. You may select mutliple services using our online "Book Service" option on our main menu. Alternatively, you may also call during normal business hours to schedule your service(s). If you are looking to booh IV services for parties of 3 or more, please call us to accommodate that booking.
IV Drips
An IV Drip delivers fluids and selected ingredients directly into a vein. Our medical team reviews your health history and determines whether a particular infusion is appropriate.
Many standard IV visits take approximately 40–45 minutes. Certain specialty infusions may take longer.
Tell our team your goals and relevant health history. We can explain the available formulas; final treatment selection is subject to client goal, clinical screening and provider orders.
Usually but not always. IV therapy is a medical service and may not be suitable for clients with certain medical conditions, medications, or allergies. Screening and provider approval are required and determined at the time of your first appointment.
IV Rockets
An IV Rocket is a shorter IV-based service that provides IV nutrients or medications administered through a large syringe via IV push. The ingredients and whether it is appropriate for you depend on the selected option and medical screening.
IV Rockets deliver nutrients and/or medications via IV Push through a large syringe. IV Drips are administered via IV access in a 1000mL bag of fluids and electrolytes. IV Drips are focused on both Hydration and Nutrients/Medications while IV Rockets are focused soley on Nutritient/Medication administration.
Yes. Because an IV Rocket is administered by clinical staff, an appointment and medical screening are required.
Wellness Injections
Injection options vary. Please review the current Champaign service menu or ask our team about availability, ingredients, and pricing.
Yes. Injections require an appointment and appropriate clinical screening.
Sometimes. Our clinical team must confirm that the combination is appropriate and that enough appointment time is available.
GLP-1 Weight Management
Our program includes medical screening and provider-directed treatment planning for eligible adults. Medication selection and dosing depend on your medical history, current treatment, and clinical assessment.
BMI is one screening factor. New clients with a BMI below 27 generally do not qualify based on BMI alone; current GLP-1 users and clients with other qualifying factors should complete screening for individual review. Final eligibility is determined by the provider.
GLP-1 medications used in our program are generally administered once weekly according to the prescribed treatment plan.
No. Dose adjustments depend on your individual treatment plan, side effects, tolerance, and provider direction.
Contact Hydrations Wellness before restarting. Depending on the length of the interruption, your previous dose may no longer be appropriate.
Results vary from person to person. No specific amount or rate of weight loss can be guaranteed.
Infrared Sauna
An infrared sauna uses radiant heat to warm the body. Many clients use sauna sessions for relaxation and the feeling of warmth and sweating.
Traditional saunas primarily heat the surrounding air. Infrared saunas use radiant heat, often allowing a different temperature and heat sensation.
Drink water, avoid alcohol, and follow staff instructions about session length. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, nauseated, or unwell; cool down and rehydrate afterward.
Sweating primarily helps regulate body temperature. Claims that sauna sweating removes substantial toxins or causes lasting fat loss are not well established. Any immediate weight change is usually water loss.
Clients who are pregnant, have cardiovascular or blood-pressure concerns, are prone to fainting, or have conditions or medications that affect heat tolerance should seek medical guidance first.
PEMF Therapy
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field. The device generates low-frequency electromagnetic pulses during a noninvasive wellness session.
Sessions are generally passive and do not require needles or recovery time. Sensations vary by equipment and settings; staff can explain what to expect.
Some people use PEMF as part of a relaxation or recovery routine. Evidence varies by device and medical indication, so it should not be considered a proven treatment for every advertised wellness benefit.
Our PEMF service is not available to pregnant clients or people with implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or insulin pumps. Tell staff about any implanted medical device before a session.
Pressotherapy
Pressotherapy uses inflatable compression garments that rhythmically apply and release pressure to areas such as the legs, arms, or abdomen. Many clients describe it as a gentle compression massage.
You will feel cycles of pressure and release as the garment inflates and deflates. The pressure should not be painful; tell staff immediately if you feel discomfort.
Compression may temporarily help with the feeling of heaviness or fluid retention for some people, but it is not a substitute for evaluation of unexplained swelling or a medical condition.
Do not use pressotherapy without medical clearance if you have a history of blood clots, significant heart, kidney, or liver disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active infection, or are pregnant. Sudden one-sided leg swelling or pain requires medical evaluation rather than a wellness session.
Lab Testing
Hydrations Wellness offers many self-requested blood tests without an outside physician order. Some tests may have additional requirements; contact us for details.
Our current Champaign lab-testing page lists Tuesday and Wednesday for lab draws. Confirm the available appointment schedule before visiting.
Some tests require fasting, while others do not. Our lab-testing page identifies tests requiring a 12-hour fast. Follow the instructions for your specific test and ask your clinician before changing medications.
Available delivery options include pickup, mail, or electronic delivery; results can also be forwarded to your healthcare practitioner when arranged. Ask about privacy considerations before choosing ordinary email.
No. We provide specimen collection and testing services, but do not routinely interpret results or recommend which tests you need. Review your results with your own healthcare practitioner. We contact clients about critical alert values as appropriate.
Lab testing may be available for ages 4 and older, subject to consent and the applicable age and physician-authorization policies. Contact our team before scheduling a minor.
Oxygen Bar
An oxygen bar provides supplemental oxygen through a comfortable nasal cannula while you relax. At Hydrations, optional aromatherapy blends are part of the experience.
You sit comfortably and breathe through a nasal cannula while staff set up the equipment. Let staff know if you feel uncomfortable or have any breathing concerns.
No. Our oxygen bar is a recreational wellness service, not a substitute for prescribed oxygen or medical care. Healthy people may not experience measurable health benefits from supplemental oxygen.
Tell staff about respiratory conditions, oxygen prescriptions, or other medical concerns before participating. Seek medical attention for shortness of breath, chest pain, or suspected low blood oxygen rather than using a recreational oxygen bar.
Ionic Foot Detox
An ionic foot detox is a warm foot-soak wellness experience using a device that passes a low electrical current through water. Clients often choose it as a time to sit and relax.
Color changes can result from reactions involving the molecules leaving nerve endings in the feet with the devices copper electrodes The color does not establish that toxins have left the body but are used as a guide as to which organs may contain the most toxins.
Tell staff if you have an implanted electronic medical device, open wounds or skin infections on your feet, reduced sensation, or other medical concerns. Staff can advise whether the service is appropriate.
